Sarah Ivester Lovell, 80, passed away Nov. 15, 2017. Born June 20, 1937 to the late Harrison (Bill) and Lizzie Blair Crump.
Sarah was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Efferd Ivester, three sons, Russell Ivester, William Ivester and Dean Lovell, her granddaughter, Shelly Holcomb, two sisters, Victoria Alley and Irene Coalley and her brother R.M. Crump.
Sarah is survived by her two daughters, Susie Taylor (Robert) and Wanda Smith (David), a brother, William Crump, ten grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Sarah worked in the printing industry for most of her life. Sarah loved music, working in her yard and playing horse shoes with her family. She was a member of Tiger Baptist Church. Services were held at Hunter Funeral Home on Friday, Nov. 17, 2017. Sarah was laid to rest at Liberty Baptist Cemetery.
